I have thirty years of experience in coaching the professional and personal development of adults of all ages and cultural backgrounds.

My background includes

  • Working  as a consultant and presenter for non profits and in higher education.
  • A PhD in Political Science from the Johns Hopkins University, Masters and Batchelors degrees from the University of California, and a management certificate (MDP) from Harvard’s graduate school of Education.
  • Serving  as a lecturer, professor, dean, and provost (Vice President of Academic Affairs) at several colleges and universities in the U.S.and France.
